Aura support helps invited couples, planners, and reviewers with sign-in, mobile access, notifications, account deletion, and wedding workspace questions.
Contact
Email hello@myaura.wedding with your Aura account email, platform, and a short description of the issue. For App Review, use the seeded review account and instructions attached to the release ticket.
Mobile app help
If you cannot sign in, confirm that you are using the email invited to the wedding workspace. Push notification, currency, sign-out, and account deletion controls are available from Profile in the mobile app.
