Account Deletion

Request account deletion

Aura mobile users can schedule deletion directly in the app from Profile - Delete account. Aura keeps the account recoverable for 30 days before permanent deletion.

In-app path

Open Aura mobile, go to Profile, choose Delete account, and confirm the request. During the 30-day grace period, return to Profile to cancel deletion.

Web request

If you cannot access the app, email hello@myaura.wedding from your Aura account email with the subject "Account deletion request". Support will verify ownership before scheduling deletion.
