Aura privacy policy

Aura collects the account and wedding planning information needed to provide Aura WeddingOS, mobile companion, notifications, Auris concierge, and support experience. We do not sell personal data or use mobile data for advertising.

Data we collect

Aura may process profile details, contact details, wedding workspace content, tasks, guests, comments, Auris messages, push notification tokens, device identifiers, crash logs, diagnostics, and app interaction events.

How we use data

We use this data for authentication, collaboration, notifications, reliability, security, customer support, and core wedding planning functionality. Access is limited to authorized Aura systems and service providers acting on Aura's behalf.

Deletion

Mobile users can schedule account deletion from Profile - Delete account. Signed-in web users can schedule or cancel deletion under Account - Privacy & data (/account/privacy). Deletion has a 30-day grace period and can be cancelled during that window.
