The dosa and chaat counters at our sangeet were a hit and the antipasti spread was beautiful. Plating ran a touch slow at the very peak of dinner service, but the kitchen recovered quickly and the flavours more than made up for it.
They plated a five-course lake-fish menu and a full vegetarian Indian parallel without a single compromise on either side. The live risotto counter at the welcome night had a queue all evening. Genuinely the best food at any wedding I have attended.
