A long weekend, held close.
A note before you come
When we started planning, we kept coming back to the same wish — a few unhurried days in a city we love, with the people who made us. So we are bringing everyone together for a long weekend: three mornings and evenings, one old courtyard, and as much marigold as we can find. Come hungry. Stay late.
How we arrived here
- 2019Bombay — We met on the 8:14 fast local to Churchgate, arguing over whether a window seat counts as shared property. Vikram lost. Aanya has never let him forget it.
- 2024Assagao — Five years and one shared bookshelf later, Vikram proposed on the balcony at exactly the wrong moment — mid-monsoon, a power cut, mosquitoes. She said yes anyway.
- 2027Jaipur — Now we would like the two families who raised us to sit in one courtyard and pretend, for three days, that they have always known each other.

Getting there
Most guests fly in the day before. The house is a short drive from the airport, and we will share how to move between events once the hours are set.
What to pack
Days run warm, evenings cool. Bring a shawl for the courtyard after dark, and shoes that can take old stone.

Is there a plus-one?
Your invitation names everyone in your party — you will find the full list under Your Invitation. If we have missed someone, write to us.
How do we get between events?
Nearly everything happens in and around the same courtyard, so most of the weekend is on foot. We will share how to reach any further-flung hours once they are set.
What should we wear?
Indian or western, whatever you feel best in. Each function carries a short note on the Celebrations page; the only rule is comfort.
